Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original DVS box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
